Omega Electronics Ltd., warrants these product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.  If this product is determined to be defective, Omega Electronics Ltd. will repair or replace it at it's option.

To obtain warranty service and a return authorization number, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-668-7881 prior to return shipping.

Products must be returned in their original packaging or packaging offering an equal degree of damage protection. All returns must be made to the address listed below and be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (or copy of the original).

This warranty does not cover or include the following: cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, product modification of or to any part of the product, customer instruction, installation, set-up adjustments or signal reception problems.  This warranty does not include consumables (such as fuses or batteries).  This warranty does not cover customers’ return shipping costs to Omega Electronics Inc.
